Sekarang saya di DIS, tadi ada doctor call tanya pasal ADR of Salbutamol.
PARADOXICAL BRONCHOSPASM
Paradoxical bronchospasm means that the medicine that is supposed to reverse bronchospasm actually causes it.
Kesimpulannya, Salbutamol supposedly cause bronchodilation, tapi tiba-tiba jadi bronchospasm. Means macam ubat tu menyebabkan apa yang ia nak treat. ~Pening ayat!!~
